Bu politika, cardVIZO uygulamasını ("Uygulama") işleten Zenox Dış Ticaret ve Mühendislik Ltd. Şti.'nin ("Zenox", "biz") verilerinizi nasıl işlediğini açıklar. İletişim: info@zenoxmuhendislik.com

1. Kısaca

• Hesap açmanız gerekmez.
• Eklediğiniz kartvizit bilgileri ve fotoğrafları yalnızca telefonunuzda saklanır; biz bunlara sahip olmayız.
• "Karttan bilgileri oku" özelliğini kullandığınızda yalnızca o kartın fotoğrafı okunmak üzere sunucuya gönderilir ve bizde saklanmaz.
• Verilerinizi reklam için kullanmaz, satmayız.

2. Telefonunuzda saklanan veriler

Kartlar, fotoğraflar, notlar, görüşme kayıtları ve ayarlar cihazınızın içinde durur. Uygulamayı sildiğinizde bu veriler de silinir. Yedek dosyası oluşturursanız dosya sizin seçtiğiniz yere kaydedilir.

3. Yapay zekâ ile okuma

Okuma özelliğinde kartın fotoğrafı ve okuma talimatı, şifreli bağlantıyla Cloudflare üzerinde çalışan sunucumuza, oradan yapay zekâ hizmet sağlayıcımız Anthropic'e iletilir. Sunucumuz fotoğrafı kaydetmez. Anthropic, verileri kendi ticari API şartlarına ve gizlilik politikasına göre işler. Bu özelliği kullanmazsanız veya internet yoksa okuma telefonunuzda yapılır.

4. Sunucuda tuttuğumuz veri

Yalnızca rastgele üretilmiş anonim bir cihaz kimliği ve ücretsiz okuma hakkınız için bir okuma sayacı. Adınız, e-postanız, rehberiniz veya kart içerikleri sunucuda tutulmaz.

5. İzinler

• Kamera: kartvizit fotoğrafı çekmek için.
• Fotoğraflar: galeriden kart seçmek için, yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz görsele erişilir.
• Rehber: Rehber sekmesinde kişilerinizi göstermek ve kartı rehbere kaydetmek için. Rehberiniz cihazdan çıkmaz.

6. Satın alma

Abonelik ödemeleri Apple tarafından işlenir; kart bilgilerinizi görmeyiz. Abonelik durumunu yönetmek için RevenueCat gibi bir abonelik hizmeti kullanılabilir. Bu hizmet anonim kimlik ve satın alma bilgisi alır.

7. Kartlardaki başkalarının verileri

Kartvizitler başkalarının kişisel verilerini içerir. Bu verileri yalnızca kendi iş amacınızla ve ilgili mevzuata (KVKK, GDPR vb.) uygun kullanmak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.

8. Paylaşım

PDF, Excel, rehber, e-posta ve mesaj paylaşımı yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz uygulamaya gider.

9. Haklarınız

6698 sayılı KVKK ve geçerli diğer mevzuat uyarınca verilerinize erişme, düzeltme ve silme taleplerinizi info@zenoxmuhendislik.com adresine iletebilirsiniz. Bizde tutulan tek veri anonim kimlik ve sayaçtır; silinmesini isterseniz kimliği bildirmeniz yeterlidir (Ayarlar > Cihaz kimliği).

10. Çocuklar

Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onlardan bilerek veri toplamayız.

11. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel hali bu sayfada yayınlanır.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Zenox Dış Ticaret ve Mühendislik Ltd. Şti. ("Zenox", "we") processes your data in the cardVIZO app (the "App"). Contact: info@zenoxmuhendislik.com

1. In short

• No account is required.
• The business card details and photos you add are stored only on your phone; we do not hold them.
• When you use "Read card", only that card's photo is sent to our server to be read, and we do not store it.
• We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

2. Data stored on your phone

Cards, photos, notes, meeting records and settings stay on your device. Deleting the App deletes this data. If you create a backup file, it is saved where you choose.

3. AI reading

For reading, the card photo and the reading instructions are sent over an encrypted connection to our server running on Cloudflare, and from there to our AI provider Anthropic. Our server does not save the photo. Anthropic processes data under its commercial API terms and privacy policy. If you do not use this feature or are offline, reading happens on your phone.

4. Data our server keeps

Only a randomly generated anonymous device ID and a read counter for your free reads. Your name, email, contacts or card contents are not stored on the server.

5. Permissions

• Camera: to photograph business cards.
• Photos: to pick a card image from your library; only the image you choose is accessed.
• Contacts: to show your contacts in the Contacts tab and save a card to your contacts. Your contacts do not leave the device.

6. Purchases

Subscription payments are processed by Apple; we never see your card details. A subscription service such as RevenueCat may be used to manage subscription status; it receives an anonymous ID and purchase information.

7. Other people's data on cards

Business cards contain other people's personal data. You are responsible for using it only for your own business purposes and in line with applicable law (GDPR, KVKK, etc.).

8. Sharing

PDF, Excel, contacts, email and message sharing goes only to the app you choose.

9. Your rights

Under applicable law (including GDPR and Turkish KVKK No. 6698) you may request access, correction or deletion by writing to info@zenoxmuhendislik.com. The only data we hold is the anonymous ID and counter; to have it deleted, send us the ID (Settings > Device ID).

10. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
